🕐 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience high order volume (e.g. during new product launches or sales), processing times may take longer — but we’ll keep you informed.
You can update processing times to reflect your actual timeline if different.
🌍 International Shipping
We also ship internationally! Delivery times and costs vary by destination.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged by your country.
🔄 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can track your package via the carrier’s website using the link in that email.

❗ Lost, Damaged & Missing Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.
